Overview
Indirect Loan Processor
with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to join the Indirect Lending team at Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union. Some holiday and extended hours are also required. Process and service indirect documentation from dealerships. Verify that all new loan contracts and documentation are complete and accurate. Ensure all underwriting stipulations are met as stipulated in approval. Notify the dealerships of any discrepancies and follow up to ensure contracts are funded promptly. Fund indirect loans into the credit union's core system. Be knowledgeable of internal and external guidelines and procedures. Organize indirect letters and packets for daily mailings. Open regular share accounts for new members acquired through the indirect program as needed. Support the department by answering member/dealer phone questions while providing courteous and personal service. Organize daily mail and filing of miscellaneous documentation. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with high attention to detail. Participate in the Saturday funding rotation as necessitated by management. Adhere to all credit union lending and personnel policies and procedures. Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws and operational procedures. Develop a working knowledge of the credit union's data processing system. Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management. Benefits and Compensation
