Overview

As an Associate Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a condominium portfolio in New York City, ensuring smooth lease administration, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities

Tenant Support: Respond to tenant questions, complaints, and service requests. Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, inspections, and cleaning services. Rent & Payments: Assist with maintenance collection and track payment records. Administration: Keep property files, contracts, and compliance documents organized. Team Support: Work closely with senior property managers and contractors. Property Checks: Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and upkeep. Attend monthly board meetings as required. Skills & Qualities

Strong communication and customer service skills Basic knowledge of property operations and building systems Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly Willingness to learn and grow into more responsibilities Proficiency in Russian a plus but not mandatory What We Offer

$65,000-$70,000 Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT) Usage
