The successful candidate will join the customer service team and provide exceptional support to clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, managing escalations, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience. This position reports to the Plant Manager and is onsite in Oviedo, FL. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

Generating customer-requested documentation, including, but not limited to: Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, and RMA Documentation Interacting with customers daily through various forms of communication in an energetic, positive, and professional manner Collaborating with other departments to ensure quotes and orders flow smoothly Providing customers with troubleshooting and product training Proactively contacting our existing customer base to ensure ongoing satisfaction Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product offerings, ancillary components, and related troubleshooting steps and procedures Assuming responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Customer Service Lead or Company management Upholding Watts values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, transparency Travel: Not Applicable Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer service or a service industry position Proficiency in MS Office Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently and in a team Other Requirements

Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices Must establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilizing a CRM system Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O General Applicable Company Competencies

On-site at a manufacturing facility with most duties performed in an office environment. Occasional presence on the manufacturing floor with required personal protective equipment. Office location in Oviedo, FL, Monday – Friday. Scheduled hours determined by the manager. Physical Requirements

Ability to remain seated at a desk for extended periods; perform repetitive typing and mouse activity; move around the office to handle files or materials; read documents and enter data; communicate clearly in meetings or calls; operate standard office equipment; occasionally lift and carry light objects.
