St. Louis . This role focuses on
smaller, fast-paced interior renovation projects , including healthcare work, and is ideal for a hands-on superintendent who thrives in active, occupied environments. Project Scope Interior renovation and special projects Healthcare and institutional interior work Project values up to
$10M+ Fast-track schedules with multiple stakeholders Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities for interior renovation projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and daily site operations Manage sequencing, logistics, and phasing in occupied or operational spaces Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards Coordinate closely with project management and client representatives Identify and resolve constructability, access, and operational challenges Ensure compliance with healthcare and interior renovation requirements Ideal Candidate Profile 5–6+ years of experience
as a Superintendent Experience leading
