The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations of various commercial properties, including retail, office, and light industrial spaces. Responsibilities include tenant relations, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating repairs, ensuring lease compliance, managing budgets, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with leasing teams. The role also includes evaluating the financial performance of properties and working closely with clients to align property management practices with their objectives.
Qualifications
Property management knowledge, including lease compliance and tenant relations.
Operational skills such as maintenance coordination, budgeting, and preparing reports.
Proficiency in financial analysis and an ability to assess property performance metrics.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with relevant property management software and tools (helpful but not required).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and clients.
Real estate license or certification is a plus.
