Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the daily operations of commercial properties under management. Responsibilities include tenant communication, coordinating maintenance requests, overseeing property repairs, assisting with vendor relationships, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with property management policies. Additionally, you will support lease administration, handle basic financial tasks related to property operations, and provide general administrative assistance to the property management team.
Qualifications
Property management skills, including tenant communication, lease administration, and scheduling maintenance
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience with vendor management and ensuring property compliance with policies and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and colleagues
Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Previous experience in property management or related real estate roles is highly desirable
