industrial packaging equipment and customized engineering solutions , is seeking a
motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer
to manage the
West Coast territory . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in
technical or capital equipment sales , a solid understanding of
engineering concepts , and a talent for developing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
Lead sales activities across the West Coast by offering tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs Identify market opportunities, target industries, and new potential clients Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations and proposals using dedicated software Collaborate closely with
Engineering
and
Project Management
teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and deliverables Participate in customer kick-off meetings, trade shows, conferences, and training sessions Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum
3 years of experience in technical or industrial sales
(capital equipment, automation, or similar fields) Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss complex engineering and commercial concepts with clients Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to
