POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, manage a robust pipeline, and drive sales through consistent outreach and follow-up. The role requires effective use of CRM tools to track leads and document interactions, clear communication of the company’s unique value proposition, and the ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and skilled at turning prospects into long-term clients while leveraging market knowledge to close deals successfully.

OBJECTIVES
Execute approximately 200 outbound calls daily to engage leads and build lasting relationships
Schedule at least 4 in-person customer meetings within the first 30 days to establish pipeline momentum
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM with daily lead reviews
Apply effective qualifying questions to assess buyer readiness, timeline, and purchasing ability
Accurately document all customer interactions for team lead visibility and follow-up continuity
Participate in role‑play sessions to refine communication objection handling, and closing skills
Clearly articulate the company’s unique value proposition to business owners
Consistently follow up with assigned leads to convert them into long-term clients and enthusiastic advocates
COMPETENCIES
Strong verbal communication skills to address and navigate common customer scenarios
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas of 2 contracts per month
Skilled in leveraging CRM tools to manage pipelines and maintain precise, detailed notes
Ability to internalize conversation frameworks to ensure structured, professional interactions
Clear and confident in presenting CSREG guarantees to prospective clients
Capable of hitting sales targets tied to specific promotions or campaign-driven offers
Persistent and creative in follow-up strategies to engage hard-to-reach clients
Knowledgeable in conducting market summaries and pricing analysis to strengthen positioning
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Active Real Estate License, Member of NEFAR and MLS. Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and have closed 4‑6 transactions in the last 12 months
