to drive growth across key client accounts by shaping strategy, strengthening relationships, and unlocking value through
AI‑powered solutions . In this role, you’ll partner with sales, technical teams, and client executives to identify opportunities, expand AI adoption, and deliver innovative offerings that support the evolving needs of the Life Sciences & Pharma industry. What is Expected of the Role:
Lead the GTM strategy for assigned accounts, with a strong focus on AI-led solutions. Build and deepen relationships with client stakeholders, aligning AI capabilities to their business priorities. Identify, nurture, and close new opportunities—expanding AI adoption within existing accounts. Integrate AI tools and technologies into proposals and solution designs. Develop strategic account plans with clear growth priorities and AI-led initiatives. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver aligned and impactful client outcomes. Track account performance and provide insights on pipeline, growth, and AI solution impact. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience
5–7 years
of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role. Proven track record of
driving revenue growth
and expanding business within assigned accounts. Hands-on experience with
AI technologies
such as machine learning, NLP, and RPA, and applying them in client solutions. Experience incorporating AI-driven offerings into GTM strategies and client proposals. Strong ability to work with senior executives and internal teams to develop AI-powered business strategies.
