Overview

This is a remote position, with travel primarily across Western United States. Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales area managers to develop a training schedule for planned events such as regional trade shows, counter days, classes, webinars, etc. Conduct training sessions for customers, both in person and online, to improve their product knowledge, capability of selling our products, and troubleshooting capabilities. Communicate with sales and marketing teams regarding questions and concerns from the field regarding our products, sales strategy, pricing, or any other customer concerns. Ensure the distribution of sales support materials (literature, brochures, technical data sheets, quick start guides, etc.) to customers within designated sales area. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure CRM is updated after each customer visit to maintain up to date records. Competencies & Skills

Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Dynamics a plus) Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in training, manufacturing or related training systems discipline 5+ years technical training experience within water pumps, HVAC systems or plumbing Willingness to travel 40-60% DAB PUMPS is an equal opportunity employer and encourages workforce diversity.
