Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our executives and team members, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant, you will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and develop essential organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives and team members
Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Provide support for team meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy access
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
