Compensation of $20.00-27.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with parts selection and provide accurate information about availability, pricing, and delivery times.

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Accurately input customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

Monitor order status and communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of parts.

Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.

Assist in ordering parts as needed to maintain inventory levels, liaising with suppliers and the procurement team.

Ensure all documentation is filed and stored correctly in accordance with company policies.

Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Service, and Warehouse, to ensure seamless operations.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a parts advisory or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or tools industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
