Answer and manage a
high volume of inbound customer calls
quickly and professionally. Assist callers with basic inquiries, route calls appropriately, and provide clear, accurate information. Perform
light data entry , including updating customer records, logging notes, and maintaining accurate system information. Document all customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary. Support administrative tasks such as filing, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining organized records. Maintain a calm, positive, and customer‑focused demeanor throughout the day. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal communication and customer service ability. Basic computer skills and accurate typing. Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining attention to detail. Previous call center or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
