Overview
Personal Lines Account Manager — Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time, in-office position that offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with transferable skills or prior experience in personal lines insurance. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the team in a collaborative and professional environment.
Compensation
Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Additional Compensation: Commission opportunities on new business.
Responsibilities
Handle new business quoting, renewals, and endorsements on a rotational basis.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Manage a shared book of business, including standard accounts and light high-net-worth accounts.
Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and process transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/ Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; transferable skills from other industries are highly valued.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Work Environment: This is a fully in-office position; remote work is not available.
