0000031224**Job Description****Play a pivotal role in advancing the LEGO Group’s digital strategy and strengthening relationships with key retail partners in Italy!****Please note:** This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Milan and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.**Core Responsibilities**This role is part of the eCommerce function, and you will work in supporting the eCommerce team. Your role will be key in this team: we offer you to help us develop the utmost shopper experiences of LEGO across online platforms. Your main responsibilities will be:1. Digital Merchandising* Support the team to create the best online experiences including contents, search & discoverability* Monitor the result and be proactive in building actions plan* Support the team to manage direct requests from customers2. Marketplaces* Support the team to growth 3P customers on main marketplaces, including scouting new business* Follow up on digital campaigns and assist the LEGO customers to deliver plans3. Business Performance* Follow up weekly/monthly/yearly sales plan & critical metrics* Analyze & build promotional activities for the Italian market* Support with business presentations (analysis, team meetings, reports) 4. Retail communication & activation* Assist and answer any operational question from the customers or from external agencies* Help us innovating with new initiatives to develop sales and elevate the brand experience* Analyze and prepare After Action Reviews for eCommerce communication and activations**Play your part in our team succeeding!**The eCommerce team is an energetic, passionate and growing part of LEGO Italy team, leading exponential growth in the overall Italy business as a strategic priority channel.
