Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX, for a Leasing Consultant (Job Code: Leasing Consultant FTX-134A). The Leasing Consultant is responsible for engaging with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, coordinating the lease application process, securing tenant retention, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include administrative support, lease documentation, and assisting with community marketing efforts to optimize occupancy rates.

Qualifications

Proficiency in lease administration and understanding of leasing best practices

Strong resident retention and customer service skills, with experience in establishing and maintaining positive relationships

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective engagement with tenants and team members

Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively

Previous experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field is a plus

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and experience working with leasing software is advantageous

A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related fields is beneficial

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams
