3–5 Years Affordable Housing Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for Property Manager (Job Code: Property Manager FTX-134A) at our Fort Worth, TX location. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including managing tenant relations, coordinating property maintenance, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing leasing strategies, processing rent collections, and managing vendor relationships. Reporting and communication with the management team are integral to the role, ensuring smooth property performance and exceptional service. Qualifications

Proven expertise in property management, tenant relations, and addressing maintenance requirements effectively. Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and rent collection to ensure accountability and efficient financial performance. Skills in leasing and marketing, along with the ability to enhance occupancy rates through innovative strategies. Proficiency in vendor management, project coordination, and knowledge of construction or renovation processes. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on achieving operational excellence. Exceptional communication and customer service skills to foster positive tenant and client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. Professional certifications such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) are advantageous.
