Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in Jacksonville, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, delivering excellent customer service, conducting property showings, and managing transactions from start to finish. The agent will utilize market knowledge and real estate expertise to guide clients in making informed decisions while meeting their property goals.

Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property transactions
Strong background in Customer Service to effectively support and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Northeast Florida’s real estate market is an advantage
Proficiency in using real estate technology platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
