In this role, you will recruit and consult with Independent Financial Services Professionals who utilize Gradient Life Brokerage, LLC as the platform to deliver life insurance options to their clients as part of a comprehensive retirement and wealth-planning strategy. You will serve as a trusted business partner, guiding these financial professionals through the affiliation process and providing continuous support thereafter in supporting their firm growth. We emphasize a consultative, collaborative, and agent-first relationship approach centered on life insurance strategies, small business office support, and lightning speed compliance service designed to help their clients achieve long-term financial confidence. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with life insurance professionals Consult with life insurance agents to support the growth of their firm and recommend best practices Be an extension of their team when aligning goals and sales priorities Present the value of affiliating with Gradient Life Brokerage, including access to various life insurance carriers and products, compliance service, best practices support, and mentorship Provide strategic guidance on business development, case design, and product solutions Develop a rewarding career with strong income potential and the opportunity to positively impact both the financial professional and their clients’ financial futures Qualifications
Active Life and Health licensure Minimum of one year of sales experience in life insurance Ability to work in-office four days per week with one remote workday Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for life insurance and helping advisors deliver value to their clients Benefits
