Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Renewals Account Specialist to join a Commercial Lines Team. As a Renewals Account Specialist, you will play a key role in providing administrative and service support to the onboarding and renewal client service team members. Preparing certificates of insurance, evidence of property insurance, and auto ID cards accurately and in a timely manner. Assisting in the client onboarding and renewal process, including initiating renewals, preparing applications, creating proposals, organizing documents, and resolving outstanding items. Providing day-to-day client service and administrative support. Completing internal checklists and maintaining accurate documentation in the agency management system. Coordinating with team members on billing, licensing, and other administrative matters. Qualifications/Requirements
A Property and Casualty Producer License (or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire). A university or college degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks efficiently. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn the Applied EPIC client management system. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple objectives and projects with urgency. A desire to grow into roles of higher responsibility in the future.
