The Market Analyst supports partner-focused marketing initiatives within a data-driven organization in the insurance sector. This position is responsible for delivering reporting, insights, and data-driven recommendations that help improve acquisition, engagement, and partner program performance.

The Market Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Partnerships, IT, and Sales to support growth-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Analytics
Build, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports
Analyze large datasets to support marketing and business decision-making
Design, develop, and maintain data models and interactive dashboards using SQL and Tableau
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, primarily within Snowflake
Track key performance indicators across acquisition, engagement, funnel performance, and partner campaigns
Create standardized reporting packages to support ongoing performance reviews
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all reporting outputs
Insights & Optimization
Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities
Develop test-and-learn frameworks, including A/B testing and segmentation strategies
Deliver insight-driven recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, channel mix, and partner engagement
Support quarterly business reviews with partner-level performance insights
Data Quality & Process Improvement
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and partner systems
Partner with marketing operations to improve data flows, automation, and attribution models
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in reporting processes and recommend solutions
Document reporting logic, data sources, and campaign tracking methodologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Campaign Managers to plan, track, and measure marketing initiatives
Collaborate with Partnerships to understand partner-specific reporting needs
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support new partner launches, pilot programs, and marketing initiatives
Assist leadership with executive-level dashboards, insights, and presentations
Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and aggregating data from multiple sources
Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
Experience working with marketing data sources such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and Google Analytics
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, or business intelligence
Experience supporting marketing or partner-driven organizations preferred
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel analysis
Experience within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is a plus
