Technical and Customer Support Representative The world's leading distribution company is searching for qualified candidates to assist their customers regarding varying technical or support issues.

Responsibilities

Take numerous incoming calls from customers regarding any technical problems they may be experiencing.

Consult customers with other issues such as tracking packages, processing complaints, etc.

Ask probing questions to determine the root cause of the problem and follow the approved troubleshooting procedure to resolve the issue.

Qualifications

AT LEAST 3 years call center experience.

Previous call center experience required, preferably any technical support experience.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Flexible with shift; may work weekends or holidays.

Looking for candidates with good work history, good attendance record, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Must be able to pass a background check to be considered for an interview.

Contract Details

4+ month contract

Starting at $11.10/hr, DOE

Monday-Friday, any shift between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
