The Partner Director DACH will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading DRUID’s partner ecosystem across the DACH region, driving partner-led revenue growth and market expansion. This role acts as a strategic bridge between partners and internal sales teams, enabling co-sell and go-to-market success for DRUID’s Conversational AI platform. What you’ll do at DRUID

Articulate and promote the company’s vision, positioning, and portfolio of products and services — with a strong focus on the DACH region — to drive accelerated revenue growth while maintaining a customer- and partner-centric approach. Develop an ecosystem of partners prepared to transform their businesses and those of their clients through the adoption of our product. Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve the established sales objectives in the assigned region. Serve as the primary link between the company's partner ecosystem and the allocated direct sales team. Collaborate with regional leadership and sales teams in the respective area to develop a coordinated market strategy. Identify, qualify, and deliver leads while working closely with DRUID sales teams and partner client counterparts. Manage, together with the company's regional sales team, the quarterly sales pipeline from opportunity development to contract closure and service delivery to partners. Support the sales team in accelerating (and closing) their sales plans through partner support. Monitor the partner-related pipeline until closure, escalating when necessary. Leverage the existing network of resources (marketing, sales, and technical) to create a channel of potential partnerships and successfully convert them into real partnerships. Work with partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other lead-generating marketing campaigns. Understand partners' business strategies, end-user requirements, and the competitive landscape to develop strategies and programs that drive sales. Ensure partners are effectively trained in the sales process and guide them to meet or exceed mutually agreed plans and objectives. Evaluate the performance of existing partnerships to identify improvement opportunities. Manage partner relationships to ensure they are satisfied with the results of our collaboration. Negotiate new partnerships with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships. Share standard methodologies related to tools, sales techniques, and account management with colleagues and working teams. What you’ll bring to DRUID
