Job#: 3017836 This requisition is in addition to JP16265, which is located in Pensacola, FL. The leader would like to also consider applicants from Winchester, VA as well. There will be a total of twelve Instructional Designers hired between Winchester and Pensacola. This requisition is only for those candidates who will be assigned to Winchester. Qualifications

Expertise in e-learning tools Knowledge of adult learning theories and methodologies Strong visual design and content development skills Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness Schedule & Location

The schedule is Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 2 days per week (NFCU Hybrid Guidelines). Beginning April 2026, onsite requirements increase to a minimum of 3 days per week; however, 2 days per week will be required until the anticipated policy change. The first week may require the applicant to be fully onsite to accommodate onboarding. Contract Details
