We’re looking for a

Demand Marketing Manager

who thrives on turning smart strategy into measurable pipeline results. In this role, you’ll own the performance of one or more demand generation channels and lead quarterly campaign planning that directly influences revenue. You’ll balance strategy and execution, collaborate closely with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing, and use data to continuously optimize how we reach and engage the right customers.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute quarterly demand generation plans across channels such as email, paid media, SEO, social, and events

Own the performance of one or more demand channels, optimizing for pipeline contribution, pacing, and ROI

Manage channel budgets, forecast performance, and ensure spend aligns with approved brand and campaign allocations

Partner with freelancers or vendors to support campaign execution and delivery

Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization for ads, landing pages, and lead magnets

Work closely with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to align on campaign goals, lead follow-up, and downstream pipeline impact

Analyze campaign performance using metrics like MQL-to-opportunity conversion, ROAS, and landing page conversion rate, and translate insights into action

Collaborate with Operations, Content, Web, and Product Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns

Use AI-powered tools to support budget modeling, bid optimization, and creative testing

Travel up to 10% as needed

What You Bring

Deep expertise in at least one demand generation channel (paid media, SEO, email, or events), with clear examples of performance impact

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with pipeline-level metrics, not just top-of-funnel activity

A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with Sales, Lifecycle Marketing, and external partners

Confidence managing budgets, vendors, and competing priorities

Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills

The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environment

Required Experience & Education We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing

At least 2 years in a demand generation-focused role

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing

Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns that drive measurable pipeline results

Experience in the fitness or wellness industry

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.

The base pay range for this role is $78,000 – $100,000 per year.
