Position Overview As we evolve our platform into a system of intelligence, we're seeking a UX designer who can turn complexity into clarity and help bring our AI-enhanced vision to life. You'll work on critical workflows, from roadside repairs to predictive inventory, infusing them with helpful, explainable intelligence while ensuring trust, speed, and control remain central. This role requires strong collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Design end-to-end product experiences that simplify complexity across web, tablet, and mobile

Produce high-fidelity UI designs that demonstrate UI Craftmanship with strong visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction detail, ensuring experiences are polished, consistent, and production-ready

Define and apply design system components, patterns, and visual standards to deliver cohesive, scalable, and high-quality interfaces across the product

Shape how users interact with AI-generated suggestions, predictions, and auto-completions

Translate data-rich workflows into intuitive, high-performance interactions

Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, and engineering while serving as a creative authority within the team

Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to the evolution of a high performing, design-centric culture

Present design concepts and rationales to internal stakeholders, advocating for customer needs while aligning with business goals

Use a data driven approach to validate design decisions and refine product features

Stay informed of emerging AI trends and proactively bring new ideas and best practices to Fullbay’s design approach

Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education & Work Experience

Minimum of 3 years of UX/product design experience demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills

Experience designing for mobile and/or fieldwork environments (SaaS, logistics, tools) and understand offline scenarios

Have designed AI or data-enhanced experiences that build trust (e.g. recommendations, explainable AI)

Demonstrated interest in complex domains such as mechanics, logistics, tools, or high-accountability workflows

Can rapidly produce flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and final pixel-perfect designs in Figma

Want to be part of a small team with high ownership

Strong proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, design systems, and advanced plugin workflows

Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy helping shape team culture

Physical Demands And Work Environment

Regularly required to sit at a desk in front of a computer and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (including a computer keyboard and operating a telephone), lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Frequently requires the use of hands and arms for reaching, as well as the ability to walk and communicate effectively through speaking and listening.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Type on a computer keyboard and look at a computer monitor, and operate a cell phone or a computer-based phone.
