Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build the brand of a company that thinks big and is reshaping how SMBs access capital. What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Coordinator at MAZO, you will support a wide range of initiatives, including: Brand & Content Creation
Assist in developing marketing collateral for dealers, manufacturers, and internal teams Create social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) aligned with MAZO’s brand voice Support photography, videography, and editing for events, dealer visits, testimonials, and promotional content Manage branded assets, templates, and consistency across all platforms Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
Support email marketing campaigns via Pardot, Salesforce, and other automation tools Track campaign performance and report insights to the marketing leadership team Assist in updating website content, landing pages, and application flows Event & Partnership Support
Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows, sponsorships, and partner events (e.g., NATDA, IEDA, SC&RA) Prepare monthly newsletters, campaigns and strategic partner promotions Work closely with sales and business development to support co-branded marketing opportunities Internal Brand & Culture
Support internal communication initiatives, including employee recognition, newsletters, and culture-building content Assist with office branding, photo/video shoots, and MAZO’s expansion efforts in AZ Requirements
Skills & Experience
1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) preferred Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools Familiarity with Salesforce & Pardot Experience with content creation for social media Strong writing and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously You Are Someone Who…
