Our client is hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to drive growth and support daily sales execution within the staffing business. This is a working manager role—ideal for a sales leader who still sells, builds a pipeline, and leads from the front. We are intentionally seeking a mid-level “doer,” not a high-level executive. Success in this role comes from consistent execution, small strategic wins, and strong sales fundamentals—not big-picture consulting or distant oversight. What You’ll Do
Actively sell staffing solutions and manage your own book of business Own pipeline development from prospecting through close Lead, coach, and support a small sales team through hands-on involvement Drive practical, achievable growth initiatives that stabilize and expand revenue Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure strong client delivery Use CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Aviante, ZoomInfo) to track activity and results What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience (staffing, professional services, or B2B preferred) Experience leading or mentoring a small sales team Proven ability to sell—not just manage sellers Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment Strong pipeline management, follow-through, and accountability Nice to Have
Staffing industry experience CRM and sales intelligence tool experience (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.) Compensation
Competitive base pay plus bonus payment
