Bilingual Sales Specialist

Miami or South Florida

family-owned company with over 40 years of success , operating offices in
Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Miami . This role requires fluency in
English and Spanish
and a strong understanding of the South Florida market. Training will take place in
Orlando or Tampa Bay
and will require occasional travel to those locations. While most sales are conducted via
email, inbound calls, and existing clients , the position also requires
networking, attending industry events, and visiting potential clients throughout Miami and South Florida . This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and representing a trusted, established company. Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. Maintain and update customer records and sales activity. Build and maintain knowledge of evolving products and services. Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients. Qualifications
Bilingual in
English and Spanish
(required). Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Positive, professional demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation
Monthly bonus paid upon meeting sales goals.
