Regional Sales Manager
to lead growth in the
Chicago foodservice market . We’re looking for a foodservice sales professional with 5+ years of success managing major distributors—including Sysco, US Foods, and PFG—along with brokers and regional accounts, who is ready to take the next step with a premium brand. This role is ideal for someone with a stable, proven track record who understands how to drive growth through distributor- and broker-led models. This position requires the candidate to be physically based in the Chicago area with strong familiarity with the local foodservice landscape. What You’ll Do What You’ll Do
Own and grow the Chicago market Lead distributor and broker partnerships with a primary focus on Chicago and surrounding territories Drive regional market expansion through disciplined territory and account management Build strategic customer relationships Develop strong relationships with foodservice operators, regional chains, chefs, and key decision-makers Represent Bridor in the field through customer meetings, product samplings, and menu development initiatives Deliver profitable growth Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with company objectives Identify opportunities to increase distribution, volume, and product mix Execute in the field Conduct regular market visits and sales calls to activate programs and support customers Monitor competitive activity and provide market feedback to internal teams Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with marketing, R&D, category management, and supply chain teams on customer-facing strategies and launches Analyze and inform Use sales data, market trends, and customer insights to guide decision-making and territory strategy What You Bring What You Bring
5+ years of proven foodservice sales success, with direct experience managing major distributors (Sysco, US Foods, PFG Broker relationships, and regional accounts Stable, progressive work history with measurable growth results Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action Experience managing relationships at multiple levels, including executive stakeholders Demonstrated success growing accounts, launching initiatives, and managing territory performance Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) and CRM systems Solid understanding of foodservice industry practices; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or BRC is a plus Who You Are Who You Are
