Regional Foodservice Manager (Central)
Reports To: Director of Foodservice - East
Location: Must reside in Texas or Chicago
Compensation: $110,000 base salary + bonus

About the Role We are looking for a Regional Foodservice Manager, Central (covering Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin) to develop and lead execution strategies, driving the growth of PATH's Foodservice channel across the Central region. This role will focus on expanding distribution, building strong partnerships, and aligning with annual and long-term business objectives.
Reporting to the Director of Foodservice - East, the ideal candidate is a motivated builder with deep experience in the Foodservice channel and an entrepreneurial spirit to expand a new brand. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage existing Foodservice accounts within Travel Concessionaires, Hospitality, Restaurants, Healthcare, Education, and College & University sectors
Partner with distributor representatives and key account managers to drive incremental volume and secure new business opportunities
Present proposals for exclusivity agreements and sponsorship opportunities
Oversee a portfolio of custom SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) and analyze inventory reports against actual sales
Serve as a proactive business consultant to both new and existing customers
Conduct business reviews to align on volume requirements and funding expectations
Qualifications
Passion for PATH's mission and a strong desire to make an impact
5–10+ years of experience in Foodservice channel sales
Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Expertise in Foodservice sales processes, especially with broadliner partners like Sysco, US Foods, PFG, and GFS
Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and organizational skills
Strong self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset
Experience building partnerships and driving performance with distributor sales representatives
Ability to travel up to 40%
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
