Account Executive
to drive our expansion in the German market. If you have experience in sales, consulting, or the legal field, this is your chance to work with a company that is redefining legal research. About Pandektes Our ambition is to be the leading platform for legal research globally, and build the largest AI-powered legal database. We\'re redefining how legal knowledge is accessed, understood, analyzed and applied. Our platform simplifies legal research using artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and constantly updated legal sources. Pandektes has raised more than €4 million and most recently closed a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels. Pandektes already serves more than 250 customers across Denmark and Germany. About The Role
You’ll be one of three Account Executives in the German team, focused on building client relationships with law firms, private companies, and public institutions. Your mission is to empower lawyers to fundamentally transform their research work with Pandektes. This is a full-cycle sales role: you’ll prospect, qualify, present, and close. There’s no rigid script, but a strong playbook that you’ll learn and improve on. We’re looking for someone proactive, quick to learn, eager to take ownership, and who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll also act as a crucial link to product development: serving as a bridge between customer feedback and the product team, ensuring feedback is shared transparently and our platform continuously improves. It’s important that you understand how lawyers work and how different legal sources are connected. Our sales are built on knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities that AI brings to legal work. You must be able to present clients with inspiring solutions that significantly increase their productivity in legal research and analysis. If you don’t yet have legal knowledge, you should be willing to learn – with full support from our in-house legal team. What You\'ll Bring
Fluent in German and English Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by achieving goals, driving business growth, and creating value 2+ years of experience in sales, consulting, law, or another customer-facing role Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build trust – we value long-term customer relationships Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback; you value insights from others and use them to grow Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus) Willingness to develop deep knowledge of how lawyers work and conduct legal research (a legal background is an advantage but not required) We encourage people to apply even though you don’t tick all the boxes! Full ownership of the entire sales cycle Key role in further developing our sales playbook as part of the go-to-market team Relay customer feedback to the product team Manage enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Build deep product knowledge to deliver impactful demos, trials, and workshops How We Work
