Overview
The Saint Louis Zoo is seeking energetic, responsible and service-oriented applicants for seasonal employment opportunities at the North Entrance Rentals Desk and Treetop Shop. Job duties include cash handling, stocking, cleaning, bending, picking up merchandise, interacting with visitors, and other duties as assigned. This position starts at $15.00 an hour but may increase based on experience and availability. Responsibilities
Cash handling Stocking Cleaning Bending Picking up merchandise Interacting with visitors Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Candidate must have basic math and computer skills. Retail experience with cash registers and/or POS systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand for 8 or more hours. Comfortable working outside. Flexible work schedule, including weekends, some evenings, and holidays. All successful candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check.
