Account Executive (AE)
plays a critical role in fueling Merchloop’s growth by closing new company swag store accounts. This is a
high-velocity closing role
where AEs are supplied with qualified leads from our marketing engine and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). In this position, you’ll run discovery calls, conduct product demos, and guide prospects through the decision-making process. You’ll work with businesses of all sizes, from small teams looking for simple swag stores to enterprise organizations evaluating scalable employee and client gifting solutions. Because Merchloop’s Essential tier is free, many deals are quick to close, but the real opportunity comes from helping organizations understand the long-term value of our paid plans (Plus, Pro, Enterprise). Success in this role requires not only hitting volume goals but also positioning Merchloop as a premium solution in a competitive market. AEs are expected to consistently deliver strong closing ratios, maintain a healthy pipeline, and collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer success. This position is located in office in Las Vegas, NV, but we're open to remote for the right candidate! Key Responsibilities Conduct
6–12 qualified meetings per day
with prospects generated by marketing/BDRs. Manage the full sales cycle: product demos, handling objections, and closing deals. Consistently achieve a
high close rate
across store tiers. Drive an average of
80–100 new store closes per month (~1,000+ annually) . Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless customer onboarding and strong long-term relationships. Track sales activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine closing strategy. Qualifications 1–3 years of sales experience (SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B strongly preferred). Preferred experience in the promotional products, printing, branded merchandise, or related industry. Track record of exceeding quota in a high-volume closing environment. As the first face our prospects speak with, you must have strong communication and presentation skills. CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred). Self-starter with
grit, adaptability, and high energy
— thrives in a fast-paced growth environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required). What Success Looks Like 1,000+ new stores closed annually. Balanced store mix (Essential, Plus, Pro, Enterprise). Smooth handoffs to Account Managers with strong account growth potential. Recognized as a top closer within the sales organization.
