About the position

For our client, we are currently seeking a competent sales professional with a dual focus on business development and key account management. The role involves not only identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities but also maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships. This position requires a strategic approach to both expanding the brand’s presence in new markets and ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and growth of core clients.

Main responsibilities

Development and implementation of strategies to tap into new markets and growth opportunities Analysis of market trends and competitive environment to derive strategic recommendations Management, nurturing, and strategic development of key accounts to strengthen long-term partnerships and maximize revenue/gross profit Identification and establishment of new business opportunities and partnerships Onboarding and integration of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship Proactive account planning and performance review to ensure key clients’ objectives are met Initiation and management of business expansion projects Implementation of go-to-market strategies for new customers and channels Ensuring strong market and brand presence through targeted positioning, reporting, and relationship management with strategic clients

Requirements

Experience in a comparable role within the labels or packaging industry High energy, drive, personal resilience, and commitment to achieving results Reliable network within the leading European industrial companies (e.g. OEMs, TIER-x, chemicals, electronics, lubricants) Experience in implementing clear sales plans, including the self-confidence required for cold calling and business development Professional and clearly demonstrated customer management skills Willingness to travel (especially North and Central Europe) Fluency in English language + any other language an advantage Company car Friendly, team-oriented work atmosphere Focus on individual talent and its development Stable position within a financially healthy company with ambitions for further international expansion
