Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new SMB customers and expand revenue within existing accounts. Identify and qualify leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship‑building activities. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition and address customer needs and pain points. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives. Track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools to drive accountability and visibility. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications
1+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record selling technology solutions Experience selling SaaS solutions to restaurants or restaurant accountants Evidence of entrepreneurial streak including side hustles and start‑ups Comfortable with full cycle sales including cold calling and demoing (will not have a SDR so must be hungry to source and close their own deals) Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with key decision‑makers and stakeholders Excellent negotiation and presentation skills including the ability to articulate value propositions and address customer objections effectively Excited to be in‑person 5 days per week in Tampa
