Job Purpose
There are 3 main purposes of the job. First, to manage (train, coach, eliminate barriers, etc.) a group of agent partners responsible for both defending the base of customers and growing revenue through acquisition. Second, to grow the base of agent partners. Third, act as a resource, playing a critical role in escalations. Attendance is required in this position. Essential Functions
Review all opportunities to help develop/create complete solutions Champion internal and customer escalations (pricing, installs, outages, etc.) Uncover and help resolve sales barriers for Partners Drive proper behavior of Partners: sell value of altafiber products, find additional revenue with new products or missing products Help coordinate needed training of processes and product for Partners Experience/Background
2 to 3 years of experience Outside/Business-to-Business Sales, Telecom experience preferred Education
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Special Knowledge/Skills
Ability to work successfully in a team environment Knowledge of Cincinnati Bell systems and products Attention to detail Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Self-Management Business Acumen Competitive Knowledge Customer Knowledge Resource Management Consultative Selling Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will have daily interaction with the Indirect Channel Partners This is an exempt (Administrative) position
