Compensation & Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive hourly rate of $24-28/hr. Parts Counter Representative Position Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the front and/or back parts counter by assisting customers and technicians with parts selection, order processing, and inventory support. Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering correct parts Process orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment Maintain working knowledge of medium- and heavy-duty truck parts Use CDK and OEM systems to look up parts, process orders, and log lost sales Support inventory accuracy by identifying reorder needs and stock opportunities Follow warranty, core, invoicing, and credit card policies Assist with shipping, receiving, and daily departmental tasks as needed Communicate with service department regarding parts availability and repair timelines Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Participate in required training and company meetings Front Counter Duties (if applicable)

Assist customers and OPS sales with orders Manage will-call and back orders and notify customers upon arrival Back Counter Duties (if applicable)

Support service technicians with repair parts and proper job charging Source parts outside the DTNA network when necessary Communicate parts status to service department Assist with phone coverage during peak times Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts systems Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and ability to multitask Valid MDV license Ability to wear a dealership-provided uniform Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding position. Requires moving through the parts shelves all day, reaching, and climbing to obtain parts from inventory. Will stand six to eight hours during a shift at the customer counter, with a work surface of 44 inches from the floor. When delivering parts to the service department and body shop, there will be exposure to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, paint, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Will be required to lift up to 120 pounds.
