Greet and engage customers as they enter the dealership
Understand customer needs and guide them through vehicle options
Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and financing options
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Negotiate sales and complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
Stay up to voy the inventory, promotions, and dealership policies
Work closely with the finance team, service department, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Motivated and goal-oriented with a professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
