Overview
Ron Tonkin Toyota is experiencing massive year-over-year growth and is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service Department. Our dealership prides itself on creating a family-like culture and environment. Working as our Service Advisor, you would be the main point of contact between our clients and our Service Department. The ideal candidate is going to be an individual with prior automotive service advising experience and great relationship-building skills.
Schedule:
Monday - Saturday, 7 AM - 7 PM.
Responsibilities
Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications
1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
Experience in CDK is preferred
A strong work ethic and good work history
Communication skills
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
