In order to be an authorized recruitment agency ("search firm") for Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP, there must be a formal written agreement in place and the agency must be invited, by Baker Tilly's Talent Attraction team, to submit candidates for review via our applicant tracking system.*# **Job Description:****Responsibilities*** Directly manage our marketing specialist team in India to deliver high-quality sales and marketing support and deliverables for the firm’s internal clients.* Define team goals aligned with business priorities, oversee team performance and drive development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.* Oversee resource deployment for various projects, plan for seasonality, escalating concerns and helping to navigate team assignments and deadlines.* Independently identify and help resolve issues that may prevent the team from working effectively and efficiently.* Collaborate with other leaders to continually refine processes, tools and workflows to enhance productivity and deliverables* Develop and present performance, capacity, and business review reports to leadership and ensure operational synergy across India functions.* Mentor team on digital marketing strategies, establishing connections between marketing initiatives and business objectives.* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality work by establishing best practices, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in marketing and sales functions. **Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA or MS in Marketing is preferred.* Minimum of 5 years of related resource management, project/workflow management, and/or sales and marketing experience; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading performing teams.
