Job Summary We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Product Manager in Stamford, CT. The ideal candidate must be working with develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs. This is an onsite position requiring strong technical expertise communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Complete intake on new features, identifying the value they add to the product.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and user needs.

Work with partners and stakeholders to define high-level user stories and designs for handover to the delivery team once aligned to a sprint.

Align with consumer insights to conduct market research to identify user needs and industry trends that inform product development.

Understand current product performance by analyzing reports, customer feedback, and other insights to inform leadership on performance to plan.

Prepare for and participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑up, quarterly planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Ensure the Product Owner and delivery team are developing and implementing solutions that meet business and user needs.

Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and impediments faced by the delivery team.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.

Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and user feedback.

Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with product management tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Problem‑solving skills to address conflicts and impediments.

Understanding of UX and design principles to guide feature development.

Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
