As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a critical role in growing Ria’s presence in your local market. You’ll be the face of Ria in your territory—building strong relationships with small and medium-sized retail businesses and helping them succeed as Ria agents. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role where you’ll prospect, onboard, and support retail partners while driving transaction volume, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. If you enjoy relationship-driven sales, working independently in the field, and making a meaningful difference in your community, this role is for you. Identify, prospect, and close new retail agent partnerships (SMB retailers, convenience stores, local businesses). Conduct cold outreach, in-person meetings, and compelling sales presentations. Lead agents through a seamless onboarding process, including applications, setup, and training. Grow transaction volume and gross profit across your assigned territory and agent portfolio. Meet and exceed monthly activation, transaction, and revenue targets. Regularly visit agents to assess performance, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to recommend pricing or commission adjustments. Provide ongoing agent support, including troubleshooting, marketing materials, and compliance guidance. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution. Represent Ria at local marketing events and community activations, including occasional weekends. Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or business development. Experience working with or selling to local SMB retailers. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic technical tools. Self-motivated, organized, and effective at managing a field-based schedule. Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel daily within the territory. Ability to occasionally work weekends for events or agent support. Ability to lift and install small equipment or marketing materials (up to 25 lbs). Perks and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000, and the actual starting salary may vary depending on geographic location, work experience, and skills.
