
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Product Designer with 4 or more years of experience for our technology client. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Plano, TX. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities
Designs and delivers modern, innovative user experiences for both new and existing web applications. Owns the end-to-end process of features and UI experiences, from concept through product release. Creates and visualizes design concepts and patterns for web and mobile platforms. Collaborates with end users and engineers to define interfaces and functionalities, translating requirements into wireframes and prototypes. Analyzes, maps, and optimizes user flows to enhance usability and efficiency. Applies user research methodologies to validate design concepts and guide decision-making. Develops creative solutions for complex interface and UX challenges, presenting ideas through prototypes, presentations, and detailed specifications. Provides UI recommendations through comprehensive documentation, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Introduces innovative ideas and solutions to improve product design and user experience. Effectively works independently and collaboratively to meet multiple product release cycles. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines, or equivalent training and experience. Proven expertise in designing responsive web applications for both desktop and mobile platforms. Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma, or similar applications. Strong portfolio showcasing modern web application designs, including UX, UI, and visual design examples. Experience
