to support our premier retail client’s growing Marketplace by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and brand-aligned product content across vendor-supplied listings. This role is responsible for
editing and optimizing copy, imagery, and product information
submitted by third-party sellers on the Mirakl platform to deliver a consistent, customer-first digital experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong editorial eye, experience working with product content at scale, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. The role is an
contract with strong potential to convert to permanent, working hybrid in Menomonee Falls, WI. Key Responsibilities
Content Editing & Quality Assurance
Edit and proof vendor-submitted product copy, titles, descriptions, attributes, and bullets for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency. Review product imagery to ensure it meets brand standards, visual guidelines, and marketplace requirements. Validate product information such as pricing, dimensions, materials, care instructions, and compliance details. Marketplace Content Management
Ensure marketplace listings align with brand voice, tone, and customer experience standards. Flag inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve issues. Support content updates, corrections, and optimizations to improve discoverability and conversion. Partner with marketplace operations, merchandising, legal/compliance, and digital teams to support smooth onboarding and ongoing content maintenance. Communicate feedback clearly and professionally to vendors regarding required content edits or corrections. Help enforce marketplace content standards and best practices. Process & Workflow Support
Work within Mirakl and internal tools to review, track, and manage content submissions. Meet deadlines while managing multiple listings and priorities simultaneously. Contribute to documentation, guidelines, or FAQs that support vendor content quality. Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in editorial, digital content, eCommerce, or marketplace operations Strong copy-editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail Experience working with product content at scale (retail, marketplace, or vendor-supplied) Comfortable working with CMS, marketplace platforms, or content management tools Strong written communication skills and ability to provide clear, constructive feedback Ability to work onsite in Menomonee Falls Monday–Thursday Preferred Qualifications
Experience editing content for retail, eCommerce, or third-party marketplace platforms Familiarity with Mirakl or similar marketplace technology Understanding of SEO best practices for product listings Experience collaborating with external vendors or suppliers Background in retail, merchandising, or digital commerce environments
