The Role We’re looking for a Video Editor to work directly with our Head of Creative to bring raw footage to life in
compelling ads . One of the biggest opportunities in this role is getting the chance to learn from the best there is in short-form video ad production.
In this role, you\'ll be editing a wide range of creative video content to advertise Carpe on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and sometimes even national TV campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience editing vertical short-form content for our paid social ads and horizontal content for platforms like YouTube and TV.

Exceptional video editing abilities ( extremely fast

A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video (vertical and horizontal)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience in color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
Strong understanding of video production processes, script structures, and storytelling techniques
A knack for storytelling/selling, particularly in short form videos
Excellent communication skills
Creative, driven, and excited to learn how to make the best social ads
Responsibilities
Edit creative video concepts for placement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond
Work with the Head of Creative R&D to ensure each creative is edited to the highest potential
Analyze consumer behavior and optimize the creative based on engagement results
