Duties & Responsibilities

The right candidate will be paid $12.50 an hour for 10 hours a week (hours include commute time).

Sell print and digital ads for The Echo, a 151-year-old weekly newspaper in Oglethorpe County, and its special sections.

Deliver weekly papers to local businesses and maintain established business relationships with contacts.

Create monthly house ads, sell print and digital ads, help create feature pages and ad campaigns alongside the business and marketing managers.

Assist the business and marketing managers at The Oglethorpe Echo.

Other duties as assigned.

Driving for job duties. Driving is a requirement.

Does not have operation, access, or control of financial resources.

Does not require a P‑Card.

Does not have direct interaction or care of children under the age of 18 or direct patient care.
