Overview
Retail Sales Consultant on the sales floor using a consultative approach to guide customers through options, demonstrating drive and passion for helping people. Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and how we meet customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and if you don’t have sales experience, we’ll provide the tools, training, and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals. Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.91 - $21.03 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn about $62,460 per year. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
