We are seeking a high-performing
Salesforce Practice Account Executive
with proven experience selling
Salesforce consulting and implementation services . This role requires prior success as an AE within a
Salesforce Partner, Systems Integrator, or internal Salesforce practice , selling professional services rather than solely Salesforce licenses. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling complex, multi-cloud Salesforce programs, partnering closely with delivery leadership, and managing long sales cycles with enterprise and mid-market clients. Key Responsibilities
Own the
full sales cycle
for Salesforce
consulting, implementation, and managed services engagements Sell Salesforce practice offerings across
Sales, Service, Experience, Data, and Industry Clouds Lead executive-level
discovery conversations
and translate business needs into scoped Salesforce solutions Partner with
Architects, Solution Engineers, and Delivery Leaders
to develop proposals, pricing, and SOWs Manage and grow a portfolio of
enterprise and mid-market accounts Drive net-new logo acquisition and account expansion through upsell and cross-sell Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline within Salesforce CRM Navigate complex procurement, contracting, and multi-stakeholder buying processes Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an
Account Executive selling Salesforce consulting or professional services Prior experience working within a
Salesforce Partner, SI, or Salesforce practice
(required) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding
services-based revenue quotas Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery models, resourcing, and implementation lifecycles Experience collaborating with technical teams to scope and close complex engagements Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling large, multi-cloud Salesforce transformation programs Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Admin, or Consultant) Experience selling into verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, or Technology
