Responsibilities
Manage and oversee consignment inventory, including the Provisional Stock Program (Flash) and Personal Inventory Locations (PI)
Align inventory needs and execute Permanent Consignment Contracts
Confirm quarterly counts of all required Permanent Consignment stock
Provide sales support for issue troubleshooting and resolution, along with ad-hoc reporting needs
Support stakeholders, customers, and Field Sales Representatives with customer-related data and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or similar functions
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with Salesforce and SAP is desirable
Strong skills in reporting, analysis, problem-solving, and inventory management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device or aesthetics industry
Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Excellent communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders
